Prior to Chinese New Year, municipal council leader Cai Zhongming of Shaowu, where Disheng Technology resides, visited Disheng Technology and met with Disheng's leadership who recently received provincial and municipal talent awards. Disheng's Chairman Pan Xingping, General Manager Xu Jiabing, and Environment Director Liu Jianzhong joined the meeting.

In the discussion, Chairman Pan Xingping introduced the company's progress in talent development, technological innovation, product upscaling, and new workshop construction over the past year. He also accentuated Disheng's efforts in team-building, staff-training, among other talent development areas.

Noting Disheng's talent policy and other recent development, Mr. Cai expressed his affirmation for the company's development plan and honors received, while pointing out potential directions for future development as Disheng continues to invest and grow in the city of Shaowu.

Before the discussion closed, Mr. Cai Zhongming presented talent compensation given by city government to Pan Xingping and Liu Jianzhong, congratulated them on their talent awards, and encouraged the company to deepen its commitment in raising science and technology talents, which will in turn help company grow.
